For the low price, I’m giving it five stars. I knew it wasn’t the president. The hotel is a bit old, but the staff are friendly and breakfast was good. A taxi had been booked for four this morning and arrived on time. The location is very nice, with a park, all-you-can-eat sushi, a supermarket, and the Metro nearby. It’s also close to Centrale and the Duomo.

The Metro station is two minutes away, and the Duomo is three Metro stops from there. The staff were really friendly and helpful. A really good hotel, definitely recommend staying here.

If location is your main concern, this is the place: it’s very convenient. But the rooms haven’t been renovated, the equipment is old, breakfast is very limited, and the walls are thin. In any other case, I’d avoid it.

We’d already checked out, but the lovely staff let us leave our bags there until our flight. It’s a quaint old hotel with a bar and lounge.

We needed to make our own trash can because there wasn’t one in the room, and the shower was covered in dark mold. The staff were somewhat good, and they knew about the bed problems, but all they could do was suggest trying an extra mattress to make it softer. Sleeping here left us waking up with less energy and body aches every day. The floor felt softer than the beds. It seems the owners have never slept in their own hotel. Avoid it if you plan to explore Milan, it isn’t worth the money.
