The room was lovely, and the hotel feels warm and welcoming. We really appreciated the front desk and staff, who gave excellent service. The location was handy, though the area can get very busy. We enjoyed our short stay, with one small snag: there was no soap in the shower. Thanks for the hospitality, we’d recommend it.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and the location is just right. We were surprised by how tiny the standard room was, but they understood and moved us to a bigger room the next day, which was great. We were very happy with the stay. It seems well suited to a romantic trip, though it’d be too cramped for a family with children.

The area was okay, but the hotel was very noisy and the room was average at best. I also asked them to arrange a car to pick up my family, and that wasn’t handled properly. The front desk woman needs to work on her manners. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

We felt right at home thanks to the whole hotel staff. They were so helpful with directions and recommendations, and their guidance was spot on. The location is ideal in central Milan, close to Duomo, and breakfast was delicious. When our room’s air conditioning had a small issue, the staff fixed it right away and came back three times to check it was working. They were also incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve brought my family to Speronari twice and have enjoyed both stays. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the location is fantastic. We’ll be back again.
