Tortona Design Navigli Milan

I ran out as soon as I found worms and lice in the shower. The smell was so strong that after about 10 minutes I felt dizzy and vomited. It was a studio apartment, with nobody available to turn to once I’d checked in. At first I thought I’d just been ripped off, and with so many events happening in Milan I knew there weren’t other places to book, but this was much worse. I arrived in the evening and had nowhere to go, so I was lucky my boss kindly hosted me at her home. After leaving Milan, I reported it to Booking.com, which is handling the matter, and contacted the owner to express my disappointment. He almost entirely denied what happened and canceled my Booking.com reservation without a refund, so I couldn’t post comments and photos on the portal. I was so upset that, if I’d had time, I would have called the Carabinieri. On top of all this, the owner used a photo of the five-star hotel across the street to show his own dive. I’ll post all the photos. Be careful and always compare reviews across multiple sites.
