The location is good and the price seemed competitive, but our stay was a letdown and we wouldn't book here again. Breakfast came with the room; it was mostly frozen items, though still palatable. The room was smaller and much older-looking than the photos and reviews had led us to expect. There were only two pillows for two guests, the safe wouldn't open, and the Nespresso machine had no pods. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken, the shower doors were off their hinges, and it didn't look properly cleaned. The towels seemed to have been changed, but there was shampoo and no conditioner. Getting our luggage up a full flight of stairs was difficult, since there was no ramp or guest lift. Check-in itself went smoothly. Once inside, we found a broken lamp, an exposed power point, and a cigarette lighter left on the window by a previous guest. We told reception, but they thanked us and took no further action.

We barely slept on the first night because the air conditioning didn't work. Reception tried to help, but couldn't fix it, and the small fan they gave us didn't solve the problem. We reported it because AC in every room had been stated clearly and was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. It was still broken the second night, and nobody seemed to care. We stayed for two nights, 22-24 October, expecting a comfortable visit to Milan. In the morning after the first night, we asked to move rooms and get a refund for that night, but nobody followed up. We asked again that evening and were told to email. We did, and got no reply. We'd also asked for takeaway breakfast because of our early flight. Instead, we got two little bags of crackers, hardly a proper meal for a hotel claiming to be high standard. Having to chase the hotel for basic service and working AC was a huge disappointment. It ruined the end of our Milan trip, and I wouldn't recommend the place.

I had to go to the hospital twice during our three-night stay, and the staff were so kind and supportive. They even arranged a late checkout because of my health. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Milan. Thank you. The boutique hotel is superbly located, and our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us.

Breakfast had a ton of options, and reception staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. The boutique hotel was stunning and clean, in a handy spot near both the metro and Milan Central Station.

Mattia at reception deserves a special thank you for the warm welcome and all his help. The staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout. The whole place was spotless, from the lobby to the rooms. It's close to what you need and only a short walk from the metro. The new, elegant hotel has a modern, stylish design that adds a bit of luxury, while still feeling calm and homey. One of my best hotel stays. It deserves more than five stars, and this won't be my last visit.
