The room had plenty of space and storage, a mini fridge, a lockbox, and a large bathroom with a sweet view of lemon trees. The host was so kind, reaching out before we arrived, helping with last-minute changes, and welcoming us like old friends. Breakfast conversations brought local stories and insights that made us feel part of the community. He also pointed us toward the local scene and amazing food, and Halloween here turned into a little bit of magic for our toddler and us. Finding the place was easy with his map, though your spouse may still trust Google more 😉. Of all our stops in Europe, this one meant the most to us. Leaving felt like saying goodbye to a friend, and we hope to return. Grazie di cuore, this place is truly special. Sending love from Canada 🇨🇦✨

We visited in March and loved the food and countryside without the crowds. The host was incredibly kind, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and cafes, restaurants, and the beach were only a short walk away. I'd definitely recommend staying here in the off season.

The owners were lovely to deal with, and the service was wonderful. Breakfast on the rooftop was nice, too. It's so close to the beach and restaurants, and the location couldn't be better. We can't wait to return!

Stefano, the host and owner, was lovely, helpful, and great to talk with. The room was comfortable, breakfast tasty, and everything we needed was close by. Monteroso train station was a quick 5-10 minute walk. I stayed two nights while visiting Cinque Terre and would highly recommend La Casa di Zuecca. One small heads-up: hauling heavy luggage up the incline to the hotel takes a bit of effort. It wasn't too bad if you're in decent shape, and with light bags it's no issue.
