We were left outside for over an hour when we arrived, in an area that felt unsafe, with no help or word from the property manager. When he finally showed up hours later, he was aggressive and threatening, and didn’t apologize. We’d already paid, but were bullied out of the room because there were two of us, and he demanded extra money for the larger space we’d booked. It felt like a scam. We stayed four nights with my partner, and the whole experience was horrific. Communication was nearly impossible. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English and shouted at us every time we interacted. We felt unwelcome and unsafe. The sheets were stained, the breakfast area closed before its posted time, and the kitchenette was always locked and inaccessible. The neighborhood felt unsafe at every hour. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There must be better, safer, more professional options in Naples. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The room was uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and so noisy that I couldn’t relax or get a decent night’s sleep. Breakfast was low quality, had few choices, and wasn’t worth the price, even for a budget hotel. I had trouble from the moment I arrived: check-in was extremely difficult, and I waited outside for hours because nobody was available. I called the number on the wall several times, but no one answered. Service throughout the stay was very poor. The staff spoke no English and seemed aggressive and unhelpful. Whenever I asked something, I was yelled at, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. When I wanted to heat some food, someone spoke aggressively to me in Italian and shouted “no” before I’d even asked the question. The cleaning staff then told me I had to eat in my room because they had just cleaned the kitchen area. That was completely unreasonable. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, even hostile. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

We booked two nights for my family of three adults, but left after just one because we couldn’t stand staying there any longer. From the moment we arrived, the neighborhood felt extremely unsafe, with homeless people and groups we found suspicious. We felt intimidated, and the main gate was left wide open even though it was supposed to be locked, so anyone could walk in. The hosts were unfriendly and unprofessional. One just stared at us, while the other had a bad attitude and spoke no English, which made communication difficult. The room was in terrible shape: half the shower door was missing, the toilet had no cover, the bathroom fan didn’t work, and neither did the WiFi. Street noise kept us from sleeping. The next morning, the cleaning lady, who only spoke Italian, was rude and impatient when we asked how to return the key. We’d clearly said not to clean, but while we were out for a few minutes she entered the room with a key anyway. That was very unsettling. When we got back, she’d only cleaned the toilet and left the rest of the room alone. The place felt unsafe, unclean, and completely unwelcoming. Ryanair should remove it from their listings. Do NOT stay here.

My brother is in Naples right now and can’t get in touch with the property. He’s been calling the manager for at least a day and a half to confirm when he’ll arrive. This is a fake hotel. What a disgrace.
