There was no wifi in our room. My son messaged the staff, and they replied that they also didn’t know why it wouldn’t work. We were on the third floor, where the staircase was a bit dark, and the elevator was small and required payment. I gave three stars because I felt they should have tried to solve the wifi problem instead of ignoring it.

Right across from Botanical Garden, with taxis just down the road and convenient access to the metro and places on foot. It felt safe and private on the main street, had modern amenities, and breakfast was brought to the room. It lacks nothing! Go to Lucy's next door to cross your leg with a cappuccino.

The location made it easy to walk to the gardens and museums, and there’s plenty of shopping nearby. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The furnishings feel modern and everything was very clean. We were on the third floor, so bring a 20¢ coin for the elevator if you’re arriving with luggage. That’s common in older Naples buildings. Great place!
