Le Quinte del Bellini

The room was really nice and clean, and check-in was quick and easy. The owners were great to communicate with. The best part is the location, with everything close by. We highly recommend it! 😇

The owner was quick to respond, and check-in and checkout were easy. The location is excellent, near the metro and in the old city centre. There are a few bars downstairs, even though the place is off the main street, so it gets quite noisy at night. The windows could use better insulation. The shower was awful, switching between very cold and very hot water. Also, this isn't really a whole apartment: it's a bedroom and bathroom inside a larger flat. You share the main entrance and kitchen with other people, and if they come back late, you'll hear them walking and talking.

The central location was good. It's basically an apartment where the owner rents out rooms separately. That didn't bother me much since we either didn't see other guests or there weren't any, but it's something to keep in mind. On checkout day, the owner couldn't open the door remotely and asked us to wait, but we were in a hurry. Our plane wasn't going to wait. Also, meat we'd bought for our family was taken from the fridge by the owner or cleaner. The owner said the cleaner threw it away, which I clearly doubt, since it was fresh, vacuum-packed, and you could see the quality. I asked for €20 back, but the owner never refunded me.

There are lots of restaurants, shops, and places for entertainment right in the centre, with very good public transport as well. The room is on the fourth floor, and there's an elevator, though you need to have 10 cents ready to use it. Having a kitchen with a seating area was a real plus, so we could make coffee and eat during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent, and she answered quickly whenever we needed something. Highly recommend!
