LHP Suite Napoli - Parco Margherita

The place was clean and the location worked well, but I wouldn't stay here unless you can get a room away from the street. Our check-in was a mess. The person messaging us couldn't speak English or write Italian, and the confusion led to us first getting a quiet room with a terrace, then being told it was the wrong one. We had to move to a much noisier room that felt like being out on the street. We couldn't leave the window open because people could see in, and there was no natural light. We asked to move again or get a refund, but neither happened. They said we could move to another hotel they had after the first night, but I couldn't do that the next day because I had tours booked. The location and cleanliness are why I'm giving it three stars.

Our flight was delayed, and we got lost in a new city, but the staff really put us at ease. They stayed up late to make sure we found the place, then were very helpful the next morning too. Such warm hospitality and great service.

Everything felt natural and lovingly done, without being showy. The furnished terrace was a lovely quiet spot for coffee, reading, or sitting in the sun above the city. Inside, the rooms were beautifully put together, tasteful, spotless, and made with high-quality materials. The comfort and beauty worked together really well. LHP Suite Napoli – Parco Margherita sits in the heart of Piazza Amedeo, in an elegant, lively part of the city. The period building has plenty of history and charm, and feels very much like Naples. It's the kind of place where you sleep well and dream even better.
