Luca was always around and happy to help. He treated us like friends coming to stay, not just paying guests, and that meant a lot. We spent two weeks at this B&B on the Marcelli seafront and had a great experience. The room was bright, spacious, and clean, the location was excellent, and we could park our motorbike in the courtyard. Fresh linens were provided almost every day. For the price, it was excellent, especially with breakfast at the bar and an umbrella and loungers at a nearby beach included. Highly recommend.

Luca was the highlight for us. He welcomed us like old friends and was kind, generous, and always willing to help. Marisa, who handled the cleaning, was lovely and always had a kind word. Riccardo, Luca's partner, was competent, helpful, and a lovely person too. It was a wonderful team, and they helped make our 10-day holiday such a pleasure. We felt comfortable and looked after, and highly recommend the property for a stay in the Conero area. We stayed in Marcelli, about 2 km from Numana center. It's a lively neighborhood with bars, clubs, shops, activities, a night market, and live music, yet the atmosphere at the property was relaxed and peaceful. The partner beach was clean and quiet, about 400 meters away. Parking isn't on site, but we found spaces easily on the nearby parallel streets. Our room was clean, spacious, and bright, in a pedestrian area. The windows did a great job keeping out noise, so we could rest without outside disturbances. Thanks to all of you for the care and passion you put into making guests' days special.

Luca was kind and helpful, and made us feel right at home. We stayed five nights in Marcelli, right on the coastal road toward Numana, with shops, buses, restaurants, and other amenities close by. The room was spacious and clean, and the beach was just steps away. An umbrella and two loungers were included, as was breakfast at a nearby café. Excellent stay, highly recommended!

We really appreciated getting a pass for free parking in the blue spaces in Marcelli and Numana at the start of our holiday. The nearby café also provided a good breakfast as part of the stay. Both owners were very helpful, and Luca was especially kind, sharing lots of tips that made the holiday feel unique. Rooms were lovely and cleaned and serviced every day. The property is right in the center of Marcelli, a short walk from the included beach. In the evening, you can wander among the market stalls and restaurants. Highly recommend, we'll be back.
