We had a great time in Ortisei, and Hotel Garni Snaltnerhof was a big part of that. The town bus stop is right at the front door, and the pass included with the stay made it easy to get to Bolzano and nearby towns. The hotel is centrally located, with lifts to skiing at Seceda or Alpe di Siusi in either direction. We stayed 5 nights in January. The rooms are simple and cozy, with a shared fridge and microwave in the hallway. There’s a hot tub and sauna on the deck overlooking town, plus a ski room for your gear. Housekeeping was efficient each day, and the staff were very accommodating.

The staff were really nice and helpful, and the location was great. Our room was perfectly clean, and breakfast was excellent. Everything was perfect. I definitely recommend this hotel, and I’m sure we’ll come back.

The bus station is right outside the hotel, and you can walk to the cable car and Hunicula for Seceda and Alpe di siusi. Breakfast was delicious, and the sauna helped ease my fatigue. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were very friendly. We’re glad we chose this place to stay. If you pick this hotel, you’ll have great memories in Urtisei.

Fresh croissants baking in the kitchen woke us up at 7am, and the rest of breakfast was delicious too. The staff made us nice cappuccinos, a lovely way to start an active day. It’s a cozy hotel with an excellent breakfast. The location at the town’s main bus station made getting around really convenient. The seceda tram is also just a short walk away.

After long hiking days, we loved having the hot tub and sauna on the 1st floor, and access to the public pool across the street was another plus. The owner was friendly, accommodating, and happy to go out of his way to make the stay pleasant. He also gave us helpful tips for activities nearby. The rooms have character while still feeling modern, with comfortable beds and beautiful mountain views. It was just right for our romantic getaway. We had a fabulous stay and will return one day!
