The owners were so friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless and carefully looked after. Breakfast on the panoramic terrace was excellent. This enchanting village has a breathtaking view and sits halfway between Perugia and Assisi. Amazing! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Rita and Mauro were so kind, and served an excellent, generous breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Umbrian hills and Perugia. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and we got a warm welcome for our dog Ginger. Ripa is a splendid little village and a strategic spot for visiting Umbria. We highly recommend staying here.

The terrace is beautiful, and it's easy to see why it gives Terrazza fio Rita its name. We spent two nights here and can't wait to come back. Rita and Mauro were thoughtful, sweet hosts who made us feel pampered right away, and gave us useful tips on sights and places to eat. Our Suite Erica was very spacious, as was the rest of the property, with careful attention to detail. The bed was extremely comfortable, the new bathroom was very large, and breakfast was plentiful. Everything was spotless and tidy. The property is in the small village of Ripa, among green hills, a peaceful place to relax and a convenient base for Perugia, Assisi, Spello, and other nearby spots.

The owners were so kind, and breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spotless and clearly well cared for. Being inside the old walls was lovely, and the location worked well for both Perugia and Assisi.

We loved having breakfast on the terrace with that beautiful view. The husband and wife who run the place were welcoming and kind. The property feels new, clean, and neat, tucked into a historic village that’s peaceful but still just a short distance from Perugia.
