Mr. Penz welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home right away. We spent four nights at the Melcherhof, and the apartment was spotless and in great shape, like nearly everywhere around the property. We'd happily return.

The apartment was warm, comfortable, and spotless, a welcome place to unwind after a day among the lights, scents, ski slopes, and market stalls. The residence is peaceful while still being very handy for getting to the Christmas markets and the center of Vipiteno. Everyone was so kind and available that we felt at home from the moment we arrived. We stayed in December, and the whole experience made Christmas feel even more special. The property is welcoming and carefully looked after. I highly recommend it for a relaxing Christmas visit, and we'd love to come back!

At night, with the window open, the only sounds were the river and cowbells. We spent six nights in a two-room apartment at the Melcherhof, enjoying sunshine on the balcony and terrace and a lovely view over Ridnaun Valley. The place was spacious, modern, clean, and well cared for. The beds were comfortable, the heating easy to adjust, and everyone at the hotel was friendly and ready to help.
