Hotel Concord

The hotel is really nice, and the location is great. The city center, beach, restaurants, and bars are all just 2-3 minutes away on foot. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best I've had in the past few years, and the room was cleaned daily. We stayed for a week for our holiday in Italy, but there were a couple of letdowns. Other than reception, nobody on the hotel staff spoke English, and they refused to speak it even though they understood. Also, the parking isn't 50m from the hotel as booking says, it's about a five-minute walk.

The room and shared areas were spotless, and it was quiet at night, so sleeping was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had loads of fresh food to choose from. You're close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, and it's an easy walk to the train. A great location.

For a business trip, I needed quiet nights, fast internet, and a spotless room. I got all three here for a great price. The internet was excellent, fast, and unlimited, and the maid service was prompt. Breakfast was a pleasure, and the jellies and jams are made in the kitchen. It was also nice to see families enjoying themselves, with fathers playing with their children in one area and a woman meditating quietly in another. There's plenty of space to relax. The hotel staff were always available and helpful. Even though it wasn't air conditioning season, they made sure I was comfortable. The little café out front has great snacks and wine, so do try the pinot nero. The shopping district is nearby, as are restaurants, the beachfront, and especially gelatto. There are banks close by, and plenty of police around to help keep things safe.

The rooms were perfect, the food was delicious, and the staff were wonderful. The whole Hotel is beautiful, and its location is strategic.
