>1 Star. The room itself was okay, but being on the first floor in a corner meant I could hear the receptionist on the phone at full volume all night, watching videos and stories. Breakfast at the hotel was okay. For better coffee and cappuccinos, it’s best to walk across to the bars. The bathroom has no vents and no bidet. The service was friendly, but our checkout became a horrible experience. We planned to go to Rimini and asked to leave a day early. At first, the woman at the front desk said it was no problem and that we could definitely get a refund. She said the manager would contact us when she arrived. We would have accepted half the refund or a credit for a future stay. Instead, at 8 PM we got a call saying that the person who’d told us this was new and they don’t give refunds. We had checked out at 10 AM, and the room was available. By 8 PM it was too late, since we might already have left to go home. If they’d called by noon, we would have turned around and stayed our last night in Riccione. No apology, nothing. The worst hotel experience ever.
