The location is great, and we liked the place enough to stay twice, but we won't return. On the first visit, the room was nice and had plenty of towels. The second time, there were only two bath towels for two people staying almost 14 nights. The glass on the table was cracked, and the room needed a lot of touch-ups. We thought the noise on our first visit might have been a one-off, since we were there at the same time as a large group of teenagers. I'm glad they enjoyed themselves, but they ran up and down the hall shouting all night, slammed doors every few minutes, and played music on a boombox. The following year brought the same problem: teenagers partying extremely loudly, banging on doors, screaming in the hall, and blasting music from a speaker at 4am. My mother went to their room to ask them to respect the other guests. They quietened down for about 20 minutes, then started again. Other guests also called out asking them to be quiet, without success. Most nights we got no sleep until the group finally passed out after 6am. It sadly ruined our holiday. We contacted the hotel by WhatsApp and email for help, but nothing was done. Such a pity, as we really liked the place and its location. We've chosen somewhere else this year because we're afraid of another big party.

We're a family with two children. I arrived two days early at 10 p.m., after letting Mrs. Andrea know. In apartment 503 there was a terrible smell of smoke mixed with stale air, ants everywhere, and hair on the towels. The beds were made, but the smell was awful. We called the night porter, who wasn't the person who had given us the keys. He called the manager straight away and said she was at dinner. He brought us clean sheets and towels and asked us to put all the bedding from the beds and the towels out on the balcony. He said the manager would come the next day and find us a better option, but she didn't. At 9:30 the next morning, I had to call and say we were leaving the apartment for obvious reasons. Instead of apologizing, they kept €160 for one night. Our booking was through Booking.com, but the lady had called the day before asking us to pay €160 and cancel the reservation, saying she would give us a discount. That discount ended up being €160 for a night in a dirty room. Well done on the courtesy, cleanliness, and honesty! The location is excellent, at the start of Via Dante, but there must be a restaurant downstairs whose chimney vents straight into the apartment windows.
