The view from the terrace was nice, and it's 3km from Riva by bike along a cycle road. The apartment and rooms were clean, and the host was very friendly. A few downsides: the apartment smelled a bit like another dog had been there before, the artificial grass in front of the terrace was ugly, and there were lots of mosquitoes in summer. Some of the lamps were missing bulbs.

The location is excellent and the apartment itself looks pretty good, clean enough. But the stay fell completely short of expectations. The furniture was about all that was provided. There were no sheets, even though they were listed, and we had to search through every closet to find at least one. There was no bidet either, just a useless showerhead awkwardly placed under the sink. There wasn't even coffee, despite there being a coffee maker. How are you meant to know what kind it takes when booking and bring your own pods? Most incredible of all, there was no toilet paper. You have to bring that from home too. Absolutely not recommended.

There are two gardens at the apartment, one with artificial turf and the other set up for bikes and plants. A small supermarket is 400 meters away, and the lake is easy to reach by bike on the cycle path, which is ideal for e-bikes. The apartment has everything you need. It's in a secure complex with a roller gate and security locks, and the landlord is always reachable by phone. We'd love to come back.

The apartment was clean, pleasant, and well maintained. Access is signposted from the main street, so look for the sign saying "Dream of the Lake." It's beautiful there, and I recommend it.
