Staff came into our room at night, then apologized because they mistakenly thought it was empty. Their lack of training, education, and basic courtesy was appalling. The hotel felt like a prison, and the hallways smelled musty, like mold and mildew. I strongly advise against booking it. This place isn’t suitable for anyone, even prisoners, and I’d hate for it to ruin your Italian vacation.

I had a fantastic, memorable six-day stay, with great food and warm, friendly service. I couldn’t fault the hotel. Staff at every level did their best to help, and they made me feel happy and content throughout. I’m from the UK and would love to come back. For the great price, what more could I ask for? Thanks so much. Regards, Mr. C. Carr. England.

The location was incredible, close to lots of good restaurants and shops, and an easy walk to many tourist spots. Our rooms had plenty of space for several people, and the daily buffet breakfast suited the whole family. It wasn’t as extensive as at somewhere like the Hilton, but there was plenty to choose from. The internet was fast, too, at 32.9 down and 24.2 up. The only problem was our leaking toilet. Aside from that, we had a great stay as a family.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries. There’s a nice outdoor seating area if you want to sit and have a drink. The rooms are small, but cozy, with comfortable beds, and they worked well for sleeping. Highly recommend!

The rooms are huge, probably the most spacious I’ve stayed in anywhere in Europe, and the location is hard to beat. We had problems with our first room, but the staff genuinely cared about us having a good stay and were more than willing to move us to another room on the interior side. My earlier review was probably a bit harsh. If you can, avoid rooms facing the street, especially in hot weather. The air conditioner turns off at 22:00, and the street noise is truly unbelievable, so having the windows open isn’t possible. With them closed, the noise isn’t bad.
