The receptionist was really nice, and there’s plenty of parking. Beyond that, I didn’t like the place. The location is awkward and outside Uber’s service area. Our room was small, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and there was no electric kettle. The beds were uncomfortable, the building and rooms felt dark, and even the hand soap in the bathroom was strange.

We stayed two nights in September 2023 and drove there. The room and bathroom were both clean and pleasant, and there was a small fridge in the room. We’d asked for a parking space and a transfer near the apartment, and both requests were taken care of. A big thank-you to Mr. Vincenzo, who was so kind and helpful and clearly does his work with love and happiness. We’d stay here again when we come back to Rome.

Vincenzo is such a welcoming, helpful host. He made us feel at ease right away, and the place was spotless throughout. We had a beautiful clean room with a fridge and a great bathroom, plus a huge parking area. With its perfect location, it works well for any occasion in Rome. I’d definitely recommend it.

It was comfortable and clean, and I liked being away from the noise of the city centre. Having parking available also saved the stress of searching for somewhere to leave the car. Vincenzo is always so kind and helpful.
