The room was nicely decorated, clean, and very pleasant. There's also a kitchen outside the room where you can keep things, plus free bag storage on checkout day. Air conditioning was welcome in the spring or summer. It's very close to metro Ottaviano and the Vatican. 100% recommended!

After a long flight, I felt relaxed and at home here, and I'm kind of missing the place now. Ale, Niki and their dad, whom we met at checkout, were lovely. They replied quickly whenever we messaged with a question or need. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, and the location is perfect, with Vatican City and lots of great restaurants nearby. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Rome.

Self check-in was straightforward with the instructions sent before we arrived. The room was clean and spacious, and having a mini fridge was really useful. It's right beside Ottaviano metro station. I'd definitely come back.

We enjoyed being able to sleep with the window open. Our room faced the quiet side of the building, so there was no outside noise. It had plenty of storage for a longer stay, and the bed was comfortable, though we were only here for 3 nights. The place is cozy, clean, and nicely decorated, close to the metro. The owners are very polite and friendly, and do their best to help with what you need. Recommended!

Ale & Niki were great hosts and gave us all the useful details for getting into the property, which helped since it was our first time in Rome. The place isn't spectacular, but it was a very good stay and a convenient base near the Vatican and a metro station, with quick access to Rome's main sights.
