The staff were very nice and the room was spacious, with a large bathroom and a hot tub. But there was never enough hot water to use the tub, and the water pressure was extremely low. Even in the shower, barely any water came out. There was mold around the bottom of the shower. The kitchen was nice and had some snacks. The elevator only fits three people.

The stay itself was pleasant, though the cleanliness could have been better. Cats and carpets don’t go well together, so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with allergies. The bigger issue was the invoice. I requested it and was promised it when I booked in July, but by September it still hadn’t arrived. I sent three reminders a month, and my emails were ignored while phone calls went nowhere. Waiting two months for a simple hotel reservation invoice was frustrating and caused administrative and tax problems. I’m sorry to leave a negative review. I’d have preferred the owner to deal with these complaints directly.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were modest but clean. The location is very convenient. The only drawback was the carpet outside the rooms, which made the heat worse.
