The room was wonderfully quiet and dark at night, and the mattress and pillow were so comfortable. Breakfast delivered to the bed was a lovely bonus. We could check in late, and everything was prepared really well. The location was great, too. I messaged on WhatsApp for nearby food recommendations and got a great suggestion. Early checkout was no problem, and they had breakfast ready for us to take along. Thank you so much!

The only real problem was that we had no hot shower water for two nights. The staff seemed concerned, but it never got fixed. Otherwise, I'd recommend staying here. The rooms are a very good size, and breakfast had lots of variety and was delivered right to our room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It wasn't obvious where the rooms were, but a kind man at the desk met us downstairs and gave us useful tips about restaurants, the subway, and shopping.

The location made it easy to get around, just a short walk from Termini and right in the middle of the city. The team were great, sending all the information I needed before arrival and helping once I got there. My spacious, bright room was clean and had everything I needed. They even left a small bottle of sparkling wine with my booking. There's a shared kitchen in the hallway with a microwave, kettle, fridge, coffee maker, coffee, and tea. The room also has a smart TV. I think another guest may have left their account logged in, so I was able to watch Netflix. Amazing value for money, and I'd definitely come back.

The location is fantastic, the staff were friendly, and our price was good compared with other hostels in the city. But my partner and I had a terrible experience with the shower, and the response from staff left us feeling dismissed. They said they already knew the faucet was broken, even though its sharp edges cut my partner. The water pressure stayed very weak, adjusting it to a comfortable temperature took ages, and it often switched suddenly from freezing to scalding hot during a shower, with a real risk of burns. On our first day, exhausted after the flight, we found the water completely cold. A maintenance worker checked the heater, and after about 20 minutes it warmed up. Later, after a long day trip, we got back at 11 PM dirty and tired to find it freezing again. I tried contacting staff but got no response, so we had to go to bed without washing. The next day they said it was fixed, but the other water problems remained, and nobody contacted us or apologized. At checkout, I explained everything to the receptionist, who was very empathetic. I can't say whether it was genuine, since other reviews say the shower issues had been going on for months and still weren't being fixed. We were offered no compensation, only an apology. The good location and friendly staff couldn't make up for the shower problems.
