The apartment was impressive for the price, and the service was friendly. It's well set up: a living room with kitchen and dishwasher, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a street-facing balcony, and a backyard terrace with a gazebo. There was also a washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, iron and ironing board, microwave, kettle, towels, and more. The building has a supermarket and a bar downstairs. You can buy bus tickets at the bar, and the bus goes across the street straight to Circus Maximus, then on to the Colosseum without a change. Nearby are a pizzeria, a restaurant, and parking garages. We left our car in the lot opposite, for €8 per day. Keys were collected from a safe by the door, with instructions by email. I was impressed by the helpful service, convenient location, and value, and highly recommend the apartment.

We had a lovely five-day stay in this clean, well-equipped apartment. The terrace was especially nice for breakfast in the mornings. It's near the San Giovanni metro station and Piazza Re di Roma. Mr. Andrea was very kind and helpful.

The apartment is large and modern, recently renovated with careful finishing, and the showers are huge. It sits in a really convenient spot just steps from the subway. Andrea, our attentive host, also suggested restaurants and services nearby. Top location, and I'd recommend it to anyone.
