When I arrived, the room was clean and the bed was made. But the door handles kept falling off, so sometimes I had to leave without locking the door. The bathroom handle had the same problem. It wasn’t very clean, and the loose handles were really frustrating.

The worst accommodation experience I’ve had. I don’t recommend it to anyone. We stayed in 2 of the 3 available rooms, and from the start everything was badly managed. We booked through EDreams, which apparently doesn’t send the direct check-in links, something the property should have sorted out beforehand. Instead we were left to figure it out, and only got access after 30 minutes and lots of messages. We had to send photos of our documents and fill in details for every guest in a rushed, unclear process. Entry uses buttons on a phone, which may look modern but only made things more complicated and less secure. When we got to the room, the door was open, there were dirty towels on the floor, and dust had built up. The contact told us to wait for the cleaner. When she arrived, she just picked up the towels and left without saying anything or cleaning. She spoke only Italian, not English, which made communication harder. We also found out the keys open every room. Any guest could enter someone else’s room. There was also a shared cabinet with spare keys for every room, accessible to anyone. When I questioned this, they stopped replying. They charge extra for everything, even kitchen use, which wasn’t mentioned in the platform listing. After I left a negative review, they replied with lies, saying I’d put the towels on the floor to take fake photos. I have all the conversations with the person in charge and the property contact to show what really happened. They deny having cameras, then say they saw on camera what we did, so they admit common areas are monitored. There’s no privacy, with cameras in common areas and possibly in the rooms, which is unacceptable. This place lacks hygiene, security, and seriousness from the people responsible. It felt like a scam, with owners who manipulate reviews and lie in their responses. The managers showed no ethics, and the accommodation was unfit.

Read the instruction sheet in the room carefully after check-in to avoid disappointment. Kitchen and washing machine use cost extra. The photos make the room look new, but cleanliness needs work. There were stray hairs and stains on the sheets, and a thick layer of dust on the headboard, as shown in the photos. The bathroom walls had lots of black mold, and there was someone else’s hair in the corner. The air conditioning was very strong and worked with a key. There was also a water purifier, clothes rack, wardrobe, and small refrigerator, but the fridge hadn’t been cleaned and had toilet paper left inside by the previous guest. I stayed four nights. For this price, I can’t ask for much, but the photos didn’t match the actual accommodation. I checked the website again and still found the information unclear, especially about conditions and what guests can use. I think there’s a communication problem, and I don’t think the negative reviews are fake or malicious. That’s just my personal view. The manager says some Google reviews were malicious, but I think the manager or website didn’t explain things accurately. The owner or manager usually replies promptly if you contact them. I also found the accommodation locations inconvenient, since many routes require transfers and take a long time.
