The location was the only good part. The room was dirty and had a strange old smell, and there wasn’t any hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast was very limited, just a croissant and juice or coffee. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it. You can find somewhere better.

A good low-budget place for a few days, with very nice rooms and great service. It’s right by Roma Termini, so getting around the city is easy. There was garbage in the building’s main hallway, though, and it smelled bad when you walked in. Generally a great stay for a tight budget.

Finding the place was difficult because there wasn’t a clear hotel sign. The room didn’t match the photo, the bathroom was small, and there were little spots on the floor that I couldn’t identify. My experience was far from good. It’s somewhere to sleep for a few days, that’s about it. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to really enjoy your time in Rome, though I guess that’s what you get for the low price.

Nothing looked like the photos. We had no water during our two-night stay, possibly because of some problem, but that wasn’t something I could fix. I’d chosen this place over a hostel specifically because it had a private toilet. Instead, I had to use the railway station toilet and couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. It messed up my planned trip and made my Italy visit horrible. I arrived at 8 pm and had been in constant touch with the manager on WhatsApp about arriving late. They could have told me about the water problem, and I might have been able to make last-minute changes.

The service was the best, and the location was very good. The rooms are small, but really nice and comfortable. The best hotel in Rome.
