We stayed in room 6 for the 25th World Congress of Philosophy and found it spacious enough for two, quite clean, and equipped with AC that worked well. Breakfast was good, and Gabriella was a wonderful host. She patiently explained the subway and gave us great tips, even though we could barely say “grazie.” The B&B suited us perfectly because we wanted somewhere quiet, away from the bustle of central Roma Capitale. The private access road felt safe and peaceful. We enjoyed the garden and outdoor tables, and Sofi, the local cat, would wait outside our room in the morning for pets and purrs. We’ll definitely return. Grazie mille, Gabriella, and we hope Sofi lives many more years so we can see her again.

We loved the shared spaces, with room to work or just sit in the sun. My wife and I often brought dinner back and ate at the outdoor tables in the evening light. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including coffee, juice, yogurt, fruit, and pastries. Our room was quiet, comfortable, roomy, and had all the amenities we needed. The whole property was lovely, and the metro is very close, making it easy to reach Roma Centro and the tourist sights. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Rome. I’d been excited about this work trip, but the first impression was really bad. On a very sunny day, after walking to the property, we were met by Gabriella, who was rude and swore at us for reasons I still can’t figure out. She didn’t offer us a seat and had us stand in the sun while she asked about our stay, even though we’d already booked and everything was arranged. My friend and I needed to be out a little past the 10:30 checkout because of work, so we told the property manager, Cristian. He was very nice, understood, and tried to help us leave our bags out of the way so the room could be cleaned for the next guests. Gabriella was waiting for us, which was our fault, but she started swearing at us again without knowing the situation. She said something like, “do what you can do. I don't mind as I'm the in-charge here and not the property manager.” The place itself is nice, and future guests could still visit, but our issues with her made the stay very unpleasant.

Mrs. Gabriela was extremely helpful. The room was small but clean, and breakfast had a limited choice, though everything was good. The property sits in a private area, with plenty of privacy in the front garden. It’s very conveniently located, just steps from Casilino Hospital, and public transport is close too.
