It's a modern B&B with comfortable, clean rooms, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Being close to Tiburtina station is a real plus.

The location is handy, close to Tiburtina station, and the staff were fabulous and very helpful. The place was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Just perfect.

I was only there for a night, but left completely satisfied. It was very clean, the staff were friendly, and there was a good breakfast bar and coffee machine. They even left some free snacks out after breakfast. I'd gladly return and highly recommend it.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the owner was helpful and very kind. Its location is excellent, with public transport and the train station both very convenient.
