We felt relaxed and cozy at Campanella 3, and the location made it easy to get around Rome by public transport. The room was clean, with daily cleaning and fresh towels whenever we needed them. Breakfast had cereal, milk, juice, brioche rolls, muffins, mini pies, and bread for toast with butter and jam. Our flight was delayed and the transfer fell through, but Ivan waited late into the evening and came to pick us up himself. He'd upgraded us to a room with a private kitchen, and used a map of Rome to explain what we could visit. He was so welcoming and kind. On our last day, he even let us leave our bags for free in the locked common room. We already love Italy, but fell for Rome too, and staying here was part of that. We'll definitely come back to the same place. We wish Ivan and his wife good health and happiness, and many more happy guests. Service and care like this are rare, even in five-star hotels.

We were travelling with our children, aged 5 and 13, and felt at home here. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including Vatican City, which was just a short stroll away. The accommodation was comfortable and Ivan and Antonella made sure we had what we needed for a pleasant stay. They were so welcoming and helpful, and gave us detailed information and a map of Rome that made exploring much easier for our family. We highly recommend Campenella3 and will stay here again on our next visit.

We used the walking route Ivan marked on the map and thought it was 10/10. The location is great for an early Vatican visit, with Vatican City and the metro station both about a 10-minute walk away.

Room 3 was a lovely place to stay. Ivan greeted us when we arrived and was so friendly and helpful with tips for tourists. I'd definitely recommend it.

It was my family's first time in Rome, and Ivan helped us figure out what to see and how to get there. He was warm and quick to answer our questions. The apartment was neat and cozy, and I had a very pleasant stay.
