The nearby restaurant breakfast was a problem. Although breakfast was advertised as included, there wasn't a meal provided, just a ticket for the restaurant. When I went, they wouldn't even give me orange juice, only black coffee. I also had concerns about being asked for my passport and personal details through an app. Despite the booking saying VAT and city tax were included, the property demanded extra fees just an hour before I arrived. The stay felt frustrating and unsafe. I was there during a terrorist threat for Americans, and on the second night a power outage left me in complete darkness overnight, unable to charge my phone or call for help. Sirens were going off and animals were going crazy. I had no idea what was happening or whether there was an attack, and staff didn't check that guests were okay. I left after two nights of a five-night stay because of the safety concerns and dishonesty. After I contacted Booking.com, they promised a refund if I provided proof. I submitted it, but since then I've only gotten automated replies and no resolution. Worst experience ever. This place is unsafe and dishonest. I do not recommend it.

We walked everywhere in Rome from here, even with my pregnant wife, and the distances were no problem. The location is excellent, and the family running the inn were extremely nice and helpful. Everything just worked. The place was clean and in great condition, and our large room had a safe, hair dryer, and air con. Breakfast was served by friendly staff at a cafe around the corner.

Breakfast came to our room each morning, right on time, and the owner let us choose when we wanted it. He was very friendly and had good neighborhood tips, including local restaurants. The B&B is in a perfect spot in Rome, and the rooms are clean, with a safe and a modern, though small, bathroom. The bed could have been a little more comfortable.

There aren't any facilities, but the guest rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were very happy with the location too, since the nearby bus stop made it easy to get anywhere in Rome. Our host was always ready to help with information, bookings, or explaining the bus system.

The clean, modern room still felt cozy, and our host went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He was friendly, knew the area well, and gave us useful tips for enjoying it. Several major sights were within walking distance, making this a great place to stay.
