We weren't sure what to expect from our first stay outside a hotel, but the location turned out to be amazing, less than a two-minute walk from Piazza Navona and close to everything. Our rooms were cozy and well kept. We had a small booking mix-up, which Daniele, the part-time porter on site, sorted out quickly and completely to our satisfaction. There's a little minibar and a safe in the room. The kids loved the bathrooms' multicolored LEDs. Across the street is a casual, very good café with outdoor seating beside the building. I never saw it close. There are plenty of places to eat just a short walk away, plus a grocery downstairs. The owners were friendly and helpful, and offered several services to make arrival and the stay easier. We didn't need them, but appreciated that they were available. If you don't need all the facilities of a full-service hotel, this is an excellent option.

Andrea, the owner, and Leila, who looks after the place, were both great, and we enjoyed a really good coffee in the morning. We had a lovely six-day holiday in Rome. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and right in the heart of the city. The beds were very comfortable, and there were lots of restaurants nearby with good prices. We were travelling with our children and could walk to all the main tourist sights in 10-15 minutes. Thanks for everything!

Our family of five had a spacious, clean, new room with air conditioning, and the area was full of restaurants open late. We arrived late at night, but the automated keys came to our phones through WhatsApp, and the staff's kindness and service were hard to beat. They sent food suggestions and explained how to get here from the train station. If you're American, maybe just take a taxi. Ours dropped us right at the front door! It's such a fun place to stay, and we're looking forward to the next few days in Rome.
