The room was large, with a mini fridge and a kettle, instant coffee, and some herbal teas. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum, and the host was friendly. Just know this is the owner's home, with the room down a hallway at the back, so you're sharing a home with another family and will hear the usual day-to-day life. There was very little water pressure in the bathroom. Technically, it isn't a B&B because there is no breakfast, even if you pay for it. We also had a language barrier, and the host didn't know that her son/business partner had processed our payment. We spent a solid 15 minutes negotiating and trying to prove it had gone through before she happened to find a receipt. The payment wasn't recorded in her computer or on her side of Agoda. It could have been a major issue, but thankfully it worked out. Bring as much proof of payment as you can.

The hosts and other people were nice. The room was good, had Wi-Fi, and was close to all the tourist spots.

It's a nice, cheap, clean place. There's no air conditioning, just a fan in the room, but I'd still highly recommend it.
