We liked the owner and the accommodation itself, and the location is good, about 25 minutes from Colosseo. But the cleaning was only surface level. The floor was still stained when we arrived and hadn’t been washed, and there were cobwebs by the bed and in the bathroom. The bedspread was dirty and never changed, even though we had the room cleaned daily. The jacuzzi hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests either. After 2 a.m. the refrigerator began humming constantly. And the towels we’d asked to have changed were just folded up again, not replaced.
