As a group of three women spanning three generations, we felt very safe around the hotel. It's in a convenient spot, just a short walk from the train and metro station and bus stops, which made getting around easy. The room was big, clean, and well maintained. A special thanks to Nicola at the front desk. He was friendly, professional, funny, and genuinely helpful, taking time to answer our questions. We were always greeted with a smile when we came back. As an architect, I especially liked the elevator and staircase's authentic character. It's a solid hotel, and we'd recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable place near public transport.

Classic and clean hotel, and the best staff we've met on our travels. Georgea, Nichola, and Edwardo were super friendly and made our stay really pleasant. I may have their spellings wrong, apologies. Fantastic stay. We'd come back! JD

The price was reasonable, and our room was clean and comfortable, with a street view. We also appreciated that staff checked whether everything was okay and if we needed anything. They were very friendly and helpful. We chose the hotel for its great location, near the train station and city center, and about a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. We had a funny mix-up at first: not realizing we were already at our hotel, we asked a staff member to help us find the place. They kindly started helping, then we realized I'd written down the hotel name incorrectly and we were in the right spot all along.

Everything was okay apart from the rooms. We were put on the 5th floor, and the rooms were really old. There was no teapot or even glasses, and the door used a key instead of a card. The elevator was old and small too. We bought our own teapot, but they wouldn't let us use it or eat our own food in their canteen.

The staff were so welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. Our room was spotless and well maintained, which made us comfortable right from the start. Breakfast was satisfying and enjoyable, and the location was ideal, close to central Rome and with easy access to all the main sights. We had an excellent stay, would definitely recommend the place, and would happily return.
