The staff are real professionals and made this feel like a five star stay. Many of Rome's main attractions are close enough to walk to, and the rooms feel like a sanctuary. I slept more soundly here than at any other hotel during my travels.

Traveling as a family of four, we needed one hotel room that could fit everyone, and this was ideal. The room was spacious, with a separate room for the kids and two bathrooms. The staff made us feel at home, and the service was wonderful. We would love to stay again. All the sights are within a 20 minute walk.

The complimentary water was a real plus, since we had to buy it everywhere else we went in Europe. The location was great and the service nice. The male receptionist, whose name I can't remember, was very kind. He helped us find a restaurant and make reservations. He was of Arab descent.

From the concierge to the room service staff, everyone was warm and helpful. Breakfast brought to our room was hearty and well prepared, and we loved the little balcony overlooking the street. The rooms are gorgeous and thoughtfully designed. The location is hard to beat for first time visitors to Rome, just a few minutes' walk from key sights like Trevi Fountain and Pantheon.

We were three adults and spent five nights here. Breakfast arrived in our room on time each morning, and it was delicious. Our luxury suite was cleaned daily, spotless, and smelled fresh. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. There are lots of restaurants, shops, and gelaterías an easy walk away. We'd happily stay again and wholeheartedly recommend it.
