The rooms were dirty and smelled of smoke. I’d avoid the place if you can. The owner wasn't there and only dealt with me through WhatsApp. I waited on the street for 45 minutes before I could get into the room, texting him the whole time. He seemed completely lost and gave me keys to a different apartment and room, where other people were staying.

The owner was friendly and did try to find solutions when problems came up. The room itself, though, didn't feel fit to live in, and I don't think it should be offered on booking. There is another room in the same house that's in better shape, but the man next door is loud and impossible to reason with. Our room had no window to the outside, just one looking into another room where someone was staying temporarily. He was rude and loud, and on our last night he brought over several drunk friends; we nearly got into a fight. Something like beer had been spilled on the wall and the smell lingered. It was the middle of May, about 20 degrees outside, but around 30 inside because there was no outside window. Keep that in mind if you're visiting in summer. The listing mentioned Netflix and a TV, but the cable was too short to make the TV usable. They also wanted to charge us city tax on arrival, though the owner didn't ask me for it, probably because he knew what the living conditions were like. We spent two nights there and slept only about eight hours total. Spend a little more somewhere else if you can, or at least consider the other room.

This was disgusting, and it was expensive too. I hadn't read the feedback here, but from what I can see, the same problems have been happening all along. We waited 45 minutes in the street before getting into the room, and got video instructions to go to a different address. The room was dirty, the bed was dirty, and pretty much everything was missing: no wardrobe, desk, towels, or toilet paper. There was no hot water on the last morning, and dirt was everywhere. The manager was incompetent. I had to ask for the missing things and clean up myself just to make the stay barely decent. This place should be banned from all platforms.

The only thing going for this hotel was how close it is to Rebibbia metro station. We stayed in room C3, which had no window to the outside, just one opening onto another room. The two people in there were loud even at 2 a.m., and when we tried to talk it out, they wanted to fight. It made for a really stressful night and we couldn't sleep properly. The room, sheets, and towels all smelled bad, so we didn't use any of them. This place completely ruined our vacation and felt like a total waste of money. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
