The room was clean, and the rooms are quite cheap, but the shower enclosure wasn’t very clean. It was about 60x60cm, far too small to use comfortably. At 100kg I barely fit, couldn’t bend down to pick up soap, or lift my feet to wash them. Anyone bigger than me wouldn’t fit in at all. There was no wall insulation between our room and the neighbor’s. We could hear everything from their bathroom, even soaping up and farting. It was really disruptive, especially when they came back after midnight and kept us awake.

We had a nice stay, and the hotel was worth the price in a good location. I would’ve liked more fresh breakfast options.

There are lots of places to eat nearby, and the hotel is close to attractions, though I got around by taxi. The bathroom was updated and lovely, and the room was cleaned every day. The staff were nice enough. Breakfast was the same each day, with no hot food. There’s just one lift, so I can imagine it gets busy at peak times.

Save your money and don’t stay here. The receptionist is really rude, and the room was in bad condition. Coming here would ruin your stay. You can find much better places.

The breakfast was excellent, and my wife and I loved choosing different combinations, even though the same things were served every morning. The staff were patient and courteous, and I’d definitely stay again. It’s a 3 star hotel, so you don’t expect luxury, and the rooms are dated, but they’re quiet. After an exhausting day walking around and avoiding crowds, it was nice to have some peace away from the bustle around Rome’s tourist spots. The area has a bad reputation, but there’s no danger near the hotel, even after dark.
