It's easy to get to many of Rome's monuments, classic cafés, and restaurants from here. The rooms were clean, nicely organized, and pleasant to stay in, and the hospitality was outstanding. I'd recommend it 10/10.

The owner deserves a special mention, she was super kind and always quick to reply. We stayed two nights, and while the room wasn't big, it was more than enough for a few days. It had a double bed, a bunk bed, a mini-fridge, coffee machine with capsules, and a tea maker. They also left small water bottles and biscuits. Because the property sits in an inner courtyard, street noise wasn't an issue. It's close to the metro, right below the apartment, and there's a place downstairs for breakfast and lunch.

The only real plus was being near the metro and Vatican City, about 5-10 minutes away. For what my daughter paid after booking the room, we weren't satisfied. The building smelled terrible, and our room was tiny. The TV didn't work properly. The only window couldn't be opened because of the smell, and it faced other rooms, so there was no privacy. The bathroom was cramped too, especially the shower. They asked for the tourist tax in cash, left in the room, over WhatsApp, and didn't send an invoice. At that price, there wasn't breakfast, and they didn't have an arrangement with any nearby bars either.

Good value, with clean rooms that have everything you need. It's near Ottaviano metro station and not far from the Vatican. There's a kettle and coffee maker in the room, plus biscuits for breakfast. I'd recommend it.
