The room's balcony opened onto the next room's balcony, with not even a plastic screen for privacy. Inside, the bathroom didn't look as if it had been recently sanitized, and the whole place felt neglected. The building wasn't much better: the old, worn elevator smelled of pee. We'd booked one room but were given another. By 10 pm there was no realistic way to switch, especially since another couple was already in the room we'd booked. They didn't even say sorry, just came up with unbelievable excuses. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
