I don't get why this place isn't more popular, it's really good! The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and being so close to Roma Termini was handy. I'm Asian and felt safe staying here. The room was clean, with a hot shower, a soft, heavenly bed, basic amenities, and AC/heater. Before we arrived, the owner sent clear instructions for getting into the building and room. The next day she collected the CITY tax (6€/person) and the room payment if it hadn't been paid already. For what you get, the price seems reasonable. I paid about ~110€ a night. So far, so good. I'd stay here again if I visit Rome.

Excellent location for Rome Termini, and very good value. Getting to the right floor was a little confusing at first, and I accidentally knocked on the downstairs residents' door. The host was friendly, and the rooms were well looked after, with clean, comfortable bedding. The aircon was a lifesaver in the mid-July heat. A mini fridge would be great, and the shower drained slowly enough that water pooled a little. Still, neither was a major issue.

Alessandra and Chiara were so hospitable, friendly, and helpful. On my last day I had a health issue, and they let me stay in the room at no extra cost, helped arrange my flight home, and ordered a taxi. The guest house was clean, with rooms that were spacious enough. It's also just a six-minute walk from the Rome Termini train station.

The room was clean and stylish, and much bigger than rooms we've had at other places in Rome. We arrived before our booking time, and they welcomed us kindly and let us leave our luggage. The hotel is conveniently next to Roma Termini. You can take the underground to the city's main sights, get back in about 20 minutes for a nap, then head out again. We had a great stay.
