The bellhops were kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the central location made it easy to get to attractions, restaurants, and shops. Beyond that, our stay was a letdown. Claudia at reception was rude and unwelcoming when we arrived, and we felt like an inconvenience instead of guests. The front desk and concierge service disappointed us, and the hotel was inflexible when we made requests. We paid premium rates for a luxury hotel, but the amenities didn’t justify the price. Our room was larger, but it still didn’t feel like good value. Breakfast was particularly poor, with few choices and low-quality food. The location is excellent, but other hotels in the same price range offer much better service, hospitality, amenities, and guest experience. I wouldn’t recommend this property or choose it again.

The rooftop bar had lovely views, and we enjoyed sitting up there before dinner. One night we were too tired to go out, so we ate at the hotel, and the pasta dinners were incredible. The room was very clean and organized, though a lot smaller than we expected. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We stayed three nights before our cruise. We’d read lots of reviews and decided to give it a try, and we’re glad we did. We could walk to everything we wanted to explore, and the location was great. I highly recommend booking here.

The staff were helpful and friendly throughout, and the hotel was clean with lots of attractions within walking distance. Our flight was delayed, but the hotel arranged a driver straight from the airport to our tour and sent our luggage to the hotel ahead of us. Their help saved the day. Without it, we would have missed the tour completely. We really appreciated the service and hospitality.

Breakfast was fine, though service took a while even when the room was fairly empty. Expect to spend around 30 minutes there. The cooked selection was limited for me, and I only found out about the breakfast box after we’d left. The shower was a rain shower with a handheld attachment, but there was nowhere to hang the attachment high up. That’s personal preference, as I don’t like rain showers. We had a Superior Roma room with everything we needed, and it was spacious and well appointed. The staff were always friendly and helpful, ready with a hello or a wish to enjoy your day. We’ve stayed at lots of H10 hotels, and this one met our expectations, excellent with great staff. Colosseum, Trevi, and Spanish steps were all within walking distance from this perfectly located base in Rome. We’d definitely stay again.
