It's clean, modern, and spacious, with supermarkets and nice cafes nearby. The metro and bus station are within walking distance, and the tourist center is about 20-30 minutes away on foot. The area isn't the nicest because it's close to the train station, so just take the usual precautions.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the AC was powerful. But the shower was broken, the WiFi didn't work, and there was no front desk or employee on site to help. For me, the room's good points weren't enough to make up for not having a usable shower or WiFi. I wouldn't stay here again. Avoid this place.

Everything was as expected: friendly staff, great service, a convenient area, and clean rooms. The walls are a little thin, though, so noise from the halls carries easily. Our room was beside the kitchen, which got loud in the mornings.

We spent two nights here, and the room was clean and conveniently located. It had a double bed, TV, and shower room, which was just what we needed for a couple of nights. There's no reception at the property, so check-in is at an office nearby.

Stay away from this scam. Once you book with your credit card, they take the full amount as soon as you walk through the door. After paying, you find out that the place has nothing to do with the photos on Booking under the fake name SANTA MARIA ACOMODATION. Avoid this mafia. Check under the names Happy Rome, Santa Maria Acomodation or Happy House 2c. It's all the same scammers.
