Hotel Family House

The place was okay for the three nights we stayed. We had the bedroom with a double bed, a master bed and a single one, and it was pretty average. It's a cheap hotel, but a big plus was the 24-hour reception and early check-in, which few of the places we looked at offered. The main tourist spots are nearby, and you can reach the center by metro, bus, which I'd mostly recommend, or train from termini station. The stops are very close. We had some trouble understanding the staff's South Asian English accents because we're not used to them, but the guys were generous and respectful.

The staff were lovely and always ready to help. They marked the main sights, shops, and restaurants on a map for us. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the bedding and towels were fresh. Still, the place needs refurbishment. There are stains on the walls and mould on the bathroom ceilings. The neighborhood looked a bit dodgy and unsafe, though we had no problems during our two nights there. It's close to the train and metro stations, and the Colosseum is about a 20-minute walk away.

It's a decent place in a very convenient location. You can walk to the colloseum, and the train and tram stops are under five minutes away. The neighborhood gets quiet at night, but there are restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. Staff were happy to bring things we asked for, including extra hangers, sheets, and a kettle.

I spent three nights here and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. (Irfan ) Staff were friendly, helpful, and available whenever I needed them. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions. I'd recommend it to anyone after comfort and quality.
