Hotel Ranieri

The location is great, near the city center and Termini central station, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay, though it could be better. The hotel feels old-fashioned, but that wasn’t the issue for us. The problem was unfriendly staff, from the reception clerk to the kitchen service. The reception area wasn’t neat, the clerks weren’t helpful, and one person didn’t seem fit to be a receptionist at all. We ran into problems with our reservations. As a family, we got very little help, and they made us change rooms during a two-day stay.

The rooms were small but comfortable, breakfast was fine, and the location was very good, close to the city’s attractions. I stayed here with my wife for three nights. This hotel is closed and not operating right now.

The room was just right for me and my partner, and I was surprised to find a bath. We both liked the breakfast selection, even though many other reviews criticize it. The room was cleaned every day while we were out, and being able to leave the air conditioning on when we left was a lifesaver. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to the sights, restaurants, and public transport.

If you want a good view or a room on a higher floor, mention it when booking, otherwise they won’t give you one. The hotel was okay and very average. It was fairly clean, but the blanket and pillows smelled a bit. They changed them the next day. It was also noisy, and you could hear everything happening around you from the room.
