Antonella was a real host. Even though I had booked at the last minute and there were some mix-ups with booking.com, she greeted me with genuine warmth and made herself available. She put me in the penthouse, which was extremely clean and comfortable. A wonderful experience, thank you.

The rooms are beautifully furnished, with a superb bed and pillows, and everything was spotless. The shared areas were just as clean and smelled nice. The owners are kind and incredibly helpful, and the neighborhood is quiet enough for a good night's sleep. It’s great value for the price. Definitely recommend this B&B. Antonella gave me such a warm welcome, along with her lovely dachshunds. The place is outside central Rome, but the metro makes it easy to get around. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed, so it felt like home. Both the room and shared areas were exceptionally clean.

The espresso machine Antonella leaves for guests to use is a real plus. Breakfast was the one thing that could be better, though it was perfectly satisfactory as it was. The place is very clean, and both the rooms and shared spaces are well organized, with refined furnishings and lovely details. Antonella and her mother were polite, smiling and helpful. They made me feel at ease straight away, as if I’d known them forever. I brought my little Yorkshire terrier, and they made us feel completely comfortable. They told me they love animals too and have four gorgeous dachshunds. Even though it’s just steps from the very busy farmhouse, the rooms face a quiet inner street, so I woke up without traffic or other noise. A great place.
