La Villa Di Roma

I visited in May 2025. The building and location were very nice, and it took about 30 minutes to get to the city by bus, with lots of buses running throughout the day. Federica was kind and pleasant, and available to help anytime by WhatsApp or phone. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nice. One thing to improve is the noise on the first floor, where you can hear other guests in the hallway. Earplugs might help, or could be provided.

The room was fresh, clean, and spacious, with everything well arranged and carefully maintained. It was a relaxing place to stay. Mr. Mario was especially welcoming and helpful, and made us feel at home right away. Highly recommended!

The terrace is a lovely spot for breakfast, and there’s a little garden just inside the gate with seats under a tree. I liked being able to sit out there with a drink, relax with my tablet, or listen to the birds. The villa itself feels like stepping into another era, almost an old Roman home, though it also has Wi-Fi throughout. Our room was green; each room has its own color. It had a comfortable four-poster double bed and a single, plus a desk and chair. The window looked onto a quiet dead-end street where we could park safely. There was plenty of space in the bathroom, with a large shower and great hot water. Some of the wooden furniture has an antique look, including the wardrobe. A kind woman showed us to the main bedroom and handed over the keys. Comfortable, private, and intimate. Recommended.
