The location is great for walking around, with restaurants and markets nearby. Eva at the front desk was the best, but Naomi was unfriendly and seemed short with us whenever we asked for anything, as if we were a bother. We had no hot water for a day and a half, and the Wi-Fi was awful. The suite felt outdated and needed work. The worn sofa had tape on its armrests and should be replaced. The kitchen had hardly any dishes, just the bare necessities, and there wasn't even a towel for drying them, only an old sponge under the sink. No paper towels either. The shower's weather stripping was hanging off the door, there was no shelf for soap or shampoo, and there weren't enough toiletries. We had to ask at the office, where it seemed we were bothering them. It felt like they cleaned the room between guests and left it at that, without looking after it. It needs some TLC. Breakfast is served in the office area, but they don't change it up. If you like scrambled eggs every morning, that's what you'll get. The bacon was undercooked and the pancakes ice cold. The only good parts were the coffee, cappuccino and lattes. Would I stay again? No.

The location was very good, in a quiet area full of restaurants and close to Colosseo, but the apartment was in terrible shape. The sofa bed was old, stained and so uncomfortable that sleeping on it for more than a couple of nights was impossible. The entry instructions were complicated too. We arrived to check in at the hotel next to the apartment around 1 pm and were told it wasn't ready. At about 6 pm we went to the accommodation and found it filthy, with the previous guests' sheets, used bathroom towels and trash. We contacted the hotel and were told they'd sort it out as soon as possible. We couldn't get into the apartment until after 10 pm, despite being with my parents, who were exhausted after a full day traveling and sightseeing in Rome. They had confirmed by email that there was a coffee maker, so we asked for one and some coffee. They never brought the machine or refilled the coffee. There were three of us and we asked for two keys because we wouldn't always be together. They said there was no second key but that they'd bring it as soon as possible. They never did. As compensation, they offered us breakfast at the hotel for one day, and it was good, and said they'd refund the first night. I gave clear instructions about where to send the refund, but they got it wrong. Honestly, it was a bad experience I'd avoid.

The apartment is good and in a good location. But we had no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom for a day, particularly from 14:00 to 21:00, so we couldn't bathe. When I told the host, they said it hadn't been out for that long, though it had, and that it was still okay under their policy. As a guest, how is that okay for me?

This is my second stay in the same room, and I'd recommend it if you want somewhere comfortable. There's a washing machine, a large balcony, one double bedroom and a pull-out double sofa bed. There's also a kitchen area if you don't feel like eating out. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. I usually took Uber to town and back. The property is in a secure gated area shared with other apartment complexes.
