Nicole Suite

Great location!

The service was a disaster. We arrived at 8 a.m. after a flight of more than 12 hours, rang the bell, and got no answer. The manager picked up when we called the number on Booking.com, sounded half asleep, and said someone would come down soon. After we waited and tried other doorbells, he called back to tell us not to wake people, to go get coffee, and to return around 9 or 9:30. The directions were confusing too. We were told to go to reception on the first floor, but there are two entrances and no sign saying that. The sign pointed to the third floor on the right. We went there, found nobody, and then a woman carrying suitcases up and down the stairs told us to go to the first floor on the left, which wasn’t signposted. Once there, they said we owed a tax that wasn’t shown as an extra on our reservation. We also had to change rooms because ours wasn’t ready, and they wouldn’t even let us use their bathroom. The receptionist didn’t seem to know how to provide service, and the owner was incredibly rude, speaking to us as if we’d arrived at 3 a.m. He must have been out partying the night before. Our reservation said the hotel opened at 8 a.m. The staff were completely rude, like most Italians who don’t know how to treat tourists and answer with bad manners. This hotel is a disaster.

We loved Nicole Suites! Everything went smoothly, from the welcome when we arrived to all the things they made available for our stay. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the whole process was simple. The location is perfect, close to the metro and buses. I’ll be back and will recommend it to everyone. Thanks for everything! ❤️
