Piccolo di Piazza di Spagna Suites

I stayed for 3 nights in April of 2026. The room was nice, the mattress comfortable, and it was fairly quiet even with 6 suites along one corridor. They cleaned every day, and there’s a lift. My only complaint is the shower, which needs replacing with something more modern than just the overhead head. Still a nice spot if you want to stay in Ludovisi.

I’m from Canada and have travelled on my own for the past 3 summers, staying at the Piccolo Di Piazza Di Spagna hotel. I feel safe there, and I love the building’s charm and quiet, with no noise and great air conditioning. I always sleep well. The rooms are clean, the staff are amazing, and Daniela has helped me with whatever I needed. The owner Stefano has put his heart into the business and has always been available for questions. The location is amazing, just steps from the Spanish Steps in the heart of the Villa Borghese area. It’s close to the subway for the Vatican and to the train station, and there are excellent restaurants all around. I love this hotel and will keep coming back. I highly recommend staying here! They left balloons, cake, and wine for my wife’s 30th birthday, which we really appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it’s a great location, about a 10-minute walk to Spanish Steps.

A cute bistrot just a few steps from the suite is a great option. The room was clean and tidy, and the place was quiet and good for resting after a day out. It’s close to the city’s main attractions, with excellent water and bathroom services.
