The staff were very friendly and tried to make the stay good, but they seemed untrained in hospitality. The rooms look fancy in photos and at first glance, yet lots of little things don't work as they should. In the bathroom, the shower didn't drain properly and the water regulator was broken. When that doesn't work, it's hard to enjoy the fancy marble. It's a good hotel charging what you'd expect for a very good one.

The location is the best in Rome, hands down, though we already knew that going in. What surprised us was the customer service. This hotel clearly puts the guest experience first. Hajji, who served breakfast, was delightful, and Stefano at the front desk was incredibly kind. People like them make the whole place a gem. We'll be back!

The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the front desk made check-in and checkout easy. The location worked well, with a metro station nearby and the historic center within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, and Hajji, Albert, and Priscilla were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and took such good care of us and our kids.

The location was perfect, and the hotel, breakfast, service, and team were all great. The reception, dining room, and housekeeping staff were kind and helpful, doing what they could to make guests comfortable and provide support. Hagi and his female teammate were great in the dining room, and the reception team as a whole was excellent.

Out of the seven hotels I stayed at during my Europe tour, this was easily the best. The rooms were a great size, the location was fantastic, and the staff gave exceptional service. I can't find a single thing to criticize. I'd highly recommend it when visiting Rome, and I'll definitely return!
