The room was dirty, the sheets smelled, and the bathroom was just as dirty. There was hardly any hot water. It's on the fourth floor with no elevator, and the whole place stinks. Horrible. Be careful before booking here.

6/10
The room was spacious, though it could use a closet, and the furnishings were minimal. Staff were very friendly, and breakfast was included at the café around the corner. The location was excellent, near the metro and Vatican Museums. My only real issue was the smell in the room. I left the windows open all afternoon, but it still didn't smell good.

The place is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. It's a recently renovated guesthouse on the second floor of a building in the Prati neighborhood, with a convenient location for getting to the Vatican. Recommended.
